Join the Guilford Police Department on Tuesday, March 31, from 6 – 8 PM at the Guilford Community Center for “Internet Safety for Parents.” We’ll discuss the most popular social media and gaming apps and how they work, parental controls you can use to monitor your child online, the laws regarding sexting and sextortion, and some helpful internet safety resources that are available for free.
This free presentation is for parents and guardians with children of all ages, from elementary school through high school. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, gain insight, and learn how to keep your child safe online. No registration is needed.
