Give the Gift of Books!
The Friends of the Guilford Free Library will ring in the season with their annual Holiday Sale on Friday, December 1, and Saturday, December 2. The sale offers carefully selected choices for readers of all ages. For younger readers, choose from holiday-themed books, hardcover picture books, and classics. For adults choose from our offerings of fiction and nonfiction, cookbooks, and books on history, art, nature, travel, gardening, and more. Don’t forget our DVDs, CDs, and holiday vinyl. Our stocking stuffers for all ages include small books, puzzles, and games. Everything is in pristine condition and priced to make your pocketbook rejoice.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, the Concert Singers from the Adams School will share seasonal favorites. Once again, the delightful artwork by preschoolers from the Guilford Center for Children will brighten the lobby.
Proceeds from the sale directly support the Library—to help purchase books and equipment and to sponsor programs and staff development.
